Lilliput are proud members of the NATIONAL LAUNDRY GROUP (NLG) and our trade association, the TSA.
Right through the pandemic we have worked together, along with our chemical suppliers, ECOLAB, to develop new working practices to produce a safe working environment for our own staff and at the same time protecting our customers and their clients.

Equally we needed to demonstrate our ability to deliver hygienically clean linen, clear of any COVID risks, to give confidence to the hospitality sector as it started to reopen. Building trust is crucial not just with our own customers but with their clients too. By working together we can give ourselves the best chance of breathing new life into our own businesses but as well into the all so important local economy.
Our starting point was to write a COVID STATEMENT that would create the “pathway” for our overall strategy,

Along with our colleagues in the NLG, we produced a video to show our customers the changes we have made in our operations to ensure that we could meet the objectives set out in our statement. We invite everyone to take the five minutes it takes, we think you may be surprised.

At the same time we were putting our plan into action, ECOLAB introduced ProTEX 360, a “wrap around” approach based on five crucial pillars.
Lilliput will be the first plant on these islands to introduce ProTEX, which we are confident having being developed by such a world leader, will add to the confidence building measures we have taken. We plan to have this in place over the next few weeks. The brochure (to the right) which outlines the scope of the project, which is well worth a read. |

We have also created a Video for the Hospitality sector, which will show their guests how our two businesses have worked together to make their stay in your hotel a safe and enjoyable experience. For a small charge we can customise this to your hotel with an image of your logo, this can then be used on your own website, played on a screen in reception and sent out to potential corporate groups.
